VC:MP Means Vice City Multiplayer For Download Vice City Multiplayer First You Have To Install Gta Vice City Then You Download VC:MP Client From This Website: www.vicecitymultiplayer.com Download Vice City Multiplayer Client For Windows.Install Vcmp Client In Gta Vice City Folder Then You Click vc-mp it says Gta Vice City Location Set Gta Vice City Location Then it says Gta Liberty City Location Then Again Set Gta Vice City Location Then It Starts Below is Written Internet Click On Internet You See A Lot Of Server Of VCMP Double Click On Server Then It says Connect Then Connect.
